Benefits
The amount of sessions required will depend on the specific issue you wish to work on, but generally you are looking at 4-6 sessions on a fortnightly basis.
Monthly to six weekly sessions are recommended to keep yourself balanced once your issue has been resolved. We will discuss a treatment plan at your first appointment so you know exactly what to expect.
Before you book a session please remember that Kinesiology does not diagnose or treat disease, it identifies the stresses in your body that may be causing the issues you are experiencing and balances the energy around that, allowing your body to heal itself


Few things to note
Kinesiology Sessions
The first session will take approximately 90 minutes as you will need to fill in the client information form and we will talk about this and what you are hoping to achieve from your Kinesiology sessions as well as discuss your treatment plan options at the end of the session.
You may come to a session with a goal in mind or a specific issue you wish to work on, or just for a tune up. After a conversation a goal will be determined and that is what you will be balanced on throughout the session.
Emotional issues may come up throughout the balance but please know that you are in a safe, non-judgemental space to release anything you have been holding on to.
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and please not skirts or dresses and bring along some warm socks as you will be asked to remove your shoes for the balance.
Little about what to expect
After Session
Drink plenty of water in the 48 hours after a session to flush away any toxins that are released
You may feel overly emotional, this can happen, just be aware and be kind to yourself.
You may also feel tired while your body deals with the release of long held emotional stress so please do rest if you can.
The pain or feelings you talked about in your session may amplify for a few days as your body works through the change so don’t be alarmed if you feel worse before you get better, it is not unusual.
Above all though, don’t be too hard on yourself, work through the thoughts and emotions that come up, deal with them and then release them and focus on your healing and growth.
